Return Policy - Spareparts2day

At Spareparts2day, we strive to ensure that all items we supply or repair are fully tested and carefully packed before shipment. We use anti-static bags and appropriate packaging where necessary. If no issues are reported within 7 days of delivery, we consider the items received in full working order without defects.

How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the delivery. You will then have an additional 7 days to return the item, along with its original packaging and documentation, for inspection.

Authorized Returns

We accept returns in the following cases:

1. Faulty on Arrival

We provide a 3-month return-to-base warranty on all reconditioned, service exchange, and new parts. If your item becomes faulty within 3 months of delivery, please contact our Sales Team for assistance. For full terms and conditions, please visit our warranty page.

2. Damaged in Transit

If your item is damaged during transit, you must report this within 7 days. We will arrange for a replacement or, if no replacement is available, refund the purchase price, including carriage costs if the damage is due to our packaging or carrier. Please do not return damaged items until instructed, as they may need to be inspected by the courier company. Photos of the damage may also be required for claim purposes.

3. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days to arrange for return and collection.

Non-Authorized Returns

If you wish to return an item for reasons not mentioned above, you must inform us in writing within 7 days of receiving the item. You will then have 7 more days to return the item in its original condition and packaging. Such returns will incur a 35% restocking fee.

Inspection and Refund Process

All returned items will be inspected by our Quality Department. Refunds will be processed only after the inspection has been completed and approved. If items are returned in a condition different from how they were shipped, the return may be denied. For example:

  • Items shipped sealed and later returned with a broken seal will not be accepted as new.
  • Items shipped with original packaging and returned without it will not be accepted.
  • Damaged items will not be accepted.
