At Spareparts2day, we offer a range of shipping options tailored to each destination. Shipping methods and costs are always provided in your quotation, ensuring full transparency.

Shipping Partner and Methods

Our primary logistics partner is UPS, one of the world’s most trusted and advanced delivery networks, serving over 220 countries and territories. UPS offers time-definite solutions, and you can explore available services for your location by visiting their website. For operational reasons, we may occasionally use alternative carriers.

Most in-stock items ship from one of our warehouses within 24 hours of payment receipt. Delivery times and options, including Next Day Delivery, are clearly detailed in your quotation. We also offer time-specific and Saturday delivery services upon request—please contact our sales team to arrange these options.

As soon as your order ships, we will send you a Shipment Notification email with the carrier’s name and a tracking number, along with a link to track your shipment.

Express Delivery

We understand that equipment downtime can be costly. To minimize disruptions, we offer worldwide express delivery on all our products.

Arranging Your Own Shipping

You are welcome to arrange your own shipping, though there may be a small charge for packing and handling. If you wish to use your preferred carrier, please contact our sales team with your carrier’s details and the required service level. We will handle the rest.

Please note that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit when you choose to use your own carrier. Any issues must be resolved directly with your chosen shipping company.

Customs and Import Charges

It is your responsibility to cover any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in your country. Spareparts2day is not liable for these charges. We recommend ensuring compliance with your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

Haven’t Received Your Order?

If your order has not arrived, there could be several reasons:

  • Missing or Delayed Order: Delivery typically takes 1-4 business days after payment, depending on your chosen option. If there are any delays, we will notify you. If you suspect your order is lost or delayed, please contact us immediately.

  • Out of Stock: If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will hold your order and ship the item once it becomes available. We will keep you informed of the expected restock date.

  • Unavailable Item: If an item is discontinued or becomes unavailable, we will inform you promptly. In this case, we will either provide a suitable alternative or issue a full refund if payment has already been processed.

  • Payment Issues: If payment could not be processed, we will contact you to update your account or payment information. Your order will be shipped once the payment issue is resolved.
